Among the Water Weeds

Here is the cover to my hunterxhunter fanfiction "Among the Water Weeds."
So! I did a pen and ink illustration, I was going to use water colors, but I felt like doing silhouettes instead.
So, the main character in my fanfic is Killua Zoldyck, feactured on the right. Who is in his early twenties. Then, Elodea is on the left and he is Killua's adopted son. Elodea is supposed to be a toddler here, like 2-3 years old. I'm not good at drawing different ages T.T (and people)
I didn't know what to draw for the cover so I drew a scene that happens in chapter 8, when they are walking on the beach. I should have drawn the waves, but instead I drew the water weeds. I may not be a botanist or a scientific illustrator and that probably isn't how the flowers are illustrated attached to the plant, but whatever, I like'em!
